Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Between Key2Edu Solutions and Egyptian CPAs for Financial Consulting (ECPA)
• Egyptian CPAs for Financial Consulting (ECPA) shall act as a representative of Key2Edu Solutions as a non-exclusive agent in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, as well as in any additional countries that may be added in the future. • The Parties shall cooperate in delivering integrated solutions to the education sector, institutions, and digital transformation projects, including any future developments, through the products, solutions, and services of both Parties and their respective business partners.
